Jamey was very patient with us - we're not fast decision makers when it comes to vehicle purchases. Even though we warned him, he was patient & didn't try to rush things! He even paid attention to what we were looking for & let us know when something came in that matched up!

I arrived before my appointment and staff readily checked my car in and the manager was kind enough to take me home while my car was being serviced. When my car was finished that afternoon, the manager came and picked me up from my home and brought me back to the dealership. Car was repaired and I have had no issues. Thank your staff for such professionalism.

Took my truck in on a Monday, the problem was diagnosed quickly and fix quickly to get me back in it. Only thing I had a problem with was my aftermarket accessory I bought for it was not put back on and thrown away.

James was very patient with the sales process. I never felt pushed and was given plenty of time to think through such a large purchase. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process. He was also very attentive to both of my grandsons while in the process of deciding... muchly appreciated! I will encourage anyone in the car market to go visit James. Thank you for a great experience!!

Took my truck in for a transmission fluid leak issue that happen right in front of the dealership and was told I needed a $8000 transmission replacement. I had a transmission company place in Waco to pick up my truck and took back to Waco, and they said transmission was fine that the converters are known to go out, they replace it for $2500, and it runs great. Not sure if I recommend Apple Sport for service and probable will not but a truck from here now. Feels like commission upgrade selling around here.

Went in without an appointment. They worked me in, in a timely manner. They identified the problem and had to order the part. That is understandable since you simply can't stock every part. They provided me a loner and will call when repair is complete. Do not know what else I could expect. Professional, timely, complete.

The customer service is great, Ryan and Gary are great guys. I have been very disappointed with with the service. I took my car in for an issue on 1/19/26 and picked it up on Wednesday 1/21/26. I drive to work 5 hours away only to experience the exact same issues on Saturday 1/24/26. I then took it back to Apple Sport on Thursday 1/29/26 after it not being able to start for 3 days at work and having to catch rides everyday. I was told it was something different than what I was charged for before, but all of the issues were exactly the same, nothing different. After speaking with Gary and Ryan they did somewhat work with me on the cost and also had a loaner vehicle I did really appreciate that because I was able to attend my grandson’s birthday party. I picked my vehicle up on Wednesday 2/4/26 and within 3 hours I was again experiencing the exact same issues. I returned my vehicle to Apple Sport and was granted a loaner vehicle once again to be able to be able to make it to work. As stated, I am pleased with the customer service but not satisfied at all when it comes to my vehicle being repaired. I don’t have the money to continue to pay the high labor fees when it’s the same situation happening. I don’t know how the real issue is being recognized when diagnostics are being performed to identify the issue. At this point I almost want to ask to see the diagnostic report before paying for something else and my vehicle does the exact same thing I leave there every time.

They worked hard to get me into the truck I wanted.

We didn’t really care for having to pay an extra $995 for window tint that was only put on two windows and nitrogen that was supposedly put in the tires but wasn’t.
