Information that you should include when submitting a request:
- Organization name and website
- If you are a nonprofit organization, your 501(c)(3) tax ID number
- Name, email address and phone number of primary contact
- Donation type desired
- Date donation is needed
- A brief explanation of your organization and why you're making this request
Please Note:
- Requests must be received 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. While we try our best to 'hurry' the process, please remember that there is more than one person involved in the process of arranging a sponsorship.
- A 501(c)(3) may be responsible for sales tax if donation items are sold/auctioned.
